The Up & Down is a system of retracting graphic holders that allow you to attach graphics to the ceiling and be able to pull them down to change the graphic, then retract them back to the desired height without the need for a ladder. The graphic needs to have a rigid support along the top, such as a dowel, or our Trapeze Bars or SnapGraphics banner and poster holders so the snap hooks on each cable can attach and hold the graphic evenly.

Each pair of Up & Downs holds up to 3.5lbs of weight and multiple units can be used to hold heavier weights. For example, a single pair of Up & Downs can hold a 3' x 8' or 6' x 4' banner with Trapeze bars printed on 13oz vinyl.

Each Up & Down unit houses a 16' cable with snap hook at the end to attach to the graphic. The drop length from the unit can be adjusted to any position, and from that point, the graphic can be pulled down so it can be changed, and then retracted back to that set height. The mechanism works similar to a window shade, where the graphic is pulled down past the point where you want it to stop and then allow it begin retracting slowly back up until it locks. When you're ready to retract the graphic back to the original height, simply pull it down slighly and allow it to retract back up to the set height.

The Up & Down Pole is sold separately and can be used to pull the graphic down if it's mounted up higher than can easily be reached from the ground. The pole can be extended to over 10' in length to allow you reach most installed graphics.

The Up & Down kit includes 2 retractor units with a ceiling mount bracket and mounting screws. Multiple kits can be used together to holder larger and heavier graphics.
