The Heavy Duty 20x20 Event Tent is the largest size outdoor advertising tent we offer making it an excellent choice for outdoor marketing at events where you need the maximum of shelter and marketing space. The Event Tent canopy top is dye sublimated on 600 denier polyester that is durable and also flame retardant, water proof and UV protected so it's a great option indoors and outdoors. The seams in the tent are sealed to prevent water leaking when used in rainy conditions to keep the inside of the tent dry. This makes it the perfect tent for fairs, exhibits, concerts, festivals, farmer's markets, or any venue or marketing event.

Heavy Duty Event Tents feature 50mm hex shaped aluminum legs with a 2mm wall thickness for extra strength, and come with ground stakes, tie down ropes, sandbag holders and a rolling wheeled bag, and include free shipping. The reason we can offer it at such a great price is that it ships directly from the manufacturer, eliminating any middlemen and additional markups on the product so we can pass the savings on to our customers. The only downside is that it takes 6-9 days to receive the Event Tent and there are no rush options available. Customers who need a tent in less time will need to choose one of our other tent products.

Tents with 50mm hex legs are considered an appropriate choice for a tent in winds up to 25-30 mph. Keep in mind that this a maximum wind speed rating and gusting winds can often quickly exceed the base wind speed so use caution in windy conditions when winds are gusting and take the tent down for safety if necessary.

NOTE: Due to the heavy duty frame and large size, this tent is very heavy. The frame alone has a weight of about 275lbs. It is recommended you have 3-4 people available to move and set it up.
