An observation & response: In an age of frequent encounters of young, complexion challenged, let me find out the answer to your question, please hold, service people, who are employed by most of our larger stores in the US of A; I have to say Halaluya 6 times for the professional reply you sent to me in regard to my e-mail question. I was impressed by your succinct and professional answers. I had to thoroughly check out your website, after that. Your companies website is one of the most straight forward, to the point and helpful sites, I have ever encountered on my 12 year surf of the net. It answered all my questions and makes me feel like I will be in good hands as I get ready to place my first order with your company. Thank you for the breath of fresh air as it has been frustrating doing business with many other companies these days. I received your reply after another company had responded to my same e-mail question. You must know that I am getting a little thin in the hair department these days and after I read your competitors reply, I almost pulled more hair out of my head in frustration. I cannot afford that! His answer was incomplete and frustrating. We don't have the extra leisure time we thought we would have in this age of computers and it is a waste of time doing business with someone who is thinking of what he is going to do next or finding out how to pass the responsibility, rather then helping someone out in the present moment.
